Ivest Properties Limited was founded in London, Ontario in 1974.

Over the years, the company has owned residential, office, retail, industrial, parking lots, hotels and land. Today, Ivest is focused on its two core businesses - Student Housing and Telecom.

With our partner, London Property Corp (Ray Stanton), Ivest owns and operates approximately 6,000 beds at various universities and colleges.

Ivest and London Property Corp own Campus Living Centres, which manages the residence systems of 35 colleges / universities, as well as privately owned student housing, totalling 45,000 beds.

Ivest and Ray Stanton collectively own North Frontenac Telephone Company (NFTC), a telecommunications company providing Internet, Television and Telephone through fibre optic networks that we build and operate in rural areas around Ontario.

The company is owned by Richard W. Ivey and Hal Gould.


Richard Ivey

Chairman

Mr. Ivey has served in a variety of executive roles with companies in the packaging, logistics and real estate industries. He currently serves on the Board of the Ivey Foundation and on the Advisory Board of the Ivey Business School. He has also served on a variety of corporate and non-profit boards. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada in 2006.

Hal Gould

President & CEO

Hal Gould has been the President of Gould Outdoor Advertising and President of Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, and was the co-founder of Cultures Restaurants and New York Fries Limited. He has been running Ivest since 1997.


Leigh Graham-Loreto

Vice President, Finance

Leigh joined Ivest Properties in 2014.  Based in the London, Ontario office, she leads all Ivest financial activities.  She has extensive corporate financial, accounting and tax experience in a variety of industries, which she honed after receiving an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Chartered Accountant designation.
